The Southeast Asian Young Global Leaders' Programme consists of leadership development initiatives that focus on undergraduate students in the region. This programme intends to build a cadre of leaders who are equipped with key knowledge and skills that would propel them in their development of Societal Leadership.

To be eligible for SEAGULL you’ll need to:

Be a citizen of a country in the Southeast Asian region
Be fluent in written and spoken English
Be a current undergraduate in a local university
Be committed to attending 2 weeklong immersions
Have a track record of demonstrated leadership
Possess deep intellectual curiosity

The deadline for applications is 4 September 2015
