ມີ 2 ປະເພດທຶນ ຄື:
1) ທຶນສໍາຫຼັບນັກຮຽນ ທີ່ມີອາຍຸ ລະຫວ່າງ 15-17 ປີ, ແລະ
2) ທຶນສໍາຫຼັບຜູ້ນໍາພາ

ເປີດແລ້ວໂຄງການ South East Asia Youth Leadership Program (SEAYLP) ປີ 2016. 
SEAYLP ແມ່ນເວທີ 1 ທີ່ເປີດໂອກາດໃຫ້ນັກຮຽນມັດທະຍົມຕອນປາຍ(15-17ປີ) ອາຊຽນ ແລະ ທີ່ປຶກສານຳພາໄວໜຸ່ມເຫຼົ່ານີ້ ໄດ້ ທັດສະນະສຶກສາ-ແລກປ່ຽນໃນສະຫະລັດ ອາເມຣິກາ ເປັນເວລາ 3 ອາທິດພາຍໃຕ້ຫົວຂໍ້: ການສຶກສາພົນລະເມືອງ, ຄວາມເປັນຜູ້ນຳ, ຄວາມຫຼາກຫຼາຍ ແລະ ການເຮັດວຽກອາສາສະໝັກ. ໂຄງການນີ້ຈະເປັນບ່ອນກຽມພ້ອມໃຫ້ໄວ່ໜຸ່ມເຫຼົ່ານີ້ ເພື່ອໃຫ້ພວກເຂົາ ປະຕິບັດໂຄງການຊ່ວຍເຫຼືອສັງຄົມທີ່ປະເທດຂອງຕົນ.

2016 South East Asia Youth Leadership Program (SEAYLP)

Application Deadline: December 10, 2015

The Public Diplomacy Section of the U.S. Embassy is pleased to announce an open competition for the 2016 South East Asia Youth Leadership Program (SEAYLP) sponsored by the U.S. Embassy and the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State. 

SEAYLP brings together high school students and adult mentors from the ten ASEAN member countries for a three week United States-based exchange program focused on civic education, leadership, diversity, and volunteerism, which will prepare participants to conduct projects at home that serve a community need.  Program activities will be replicable and interactive so the participants learn concrete skills they can use once they return home.  Participants will live with American families for most of the exchange period and will have multiple opportunities to interact with American youth and educators. The program will take place in April 2016 and participants will develop projects that serve the needs of their communities in the months that follow their return home.
